Dial-Out Survey
We make tens of thousands of calls per hour.
Run One Survey Many Times
Once you've created a survey, you can run it as many times as you like. Each run can have different options (e.g. who to call), and we'll store results for each run separately. Use this ability to run tracking polls, or to see how different audiences react to your survey.
Pick Who to Call
Either upload a new phone list, or use one that you previously uploaded whenever you run a poll.
Pick Who NOT to Call
You may exclude anyone that you may have called in the last 30 days for a different survey. This is useful when you're re-using a large list (e.g. King County voters) and don't want to call people you've recently surveyed.
Select When to Call
You can tell us to call between a certain range of hours, and restrict us to calling only on weekdays vs. any day of the week. Note that we do not allow calls to be made outside of 9am-9pm.
Pause or End Your Survey Anytime
If you think you've gotten enough responses you can simply tell us to stop calling. If you think there's a problem with the answers you're getting, you can pause your run, review your survey, and then restart the calling.
Shuffle Your List
We dial your list in random order, so as to minimize bias.
Get Results Fast
Our system can make tens of thousands of calls an hour, so most surveys are complete within just one or two hours.
Choose Your Caller ID
You can choose your caller ID. Clients usually get the highest response rate using a number from the same survey area code. You may pick one of our numbers, use your number, or request that we provide you a number from a particular area code.
Retry Multiple Times
If we reach an answering machine or get a busy signal, you can choose whether we should try again later (up to 3 times).
Answering Machine Message
You may opt to leave an answering machine message if we cannot reach someone.
Tell Us When to Stop Calling
There are 3 options on when to stop calling. You can call until either:
- Everyone on your list has been called
- Some number of surveys have been completed
- You've reached your budget
Most of our customers upload a large list (e.g. King County voters), and then pick either the second or third option.
